• Payment information: Processed securely by Razorpay — we do not store card details

• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type for security and rate limiting

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Nyaya.ai service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (account verification, receipts)
• To improve AI response quality using aggregated, anonymised query data
• To prevent fraud and abuse

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) and AstraDB (vector database), both hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• Supabase: Authentication and database
• Razorpay: Payment processing
• PostHog: Analytics (self-hosted proxy)
• Groq / SambaNova / NVIDIA: AI inference (queries are processed but not stored by these providers)
• Resend: Transactional email
