धारा 1(1) This Act may be called the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.→धारा 2In this Sanhita, unless the context otherwise requires,––→धारा 3(1) Throughout this Sanhita every definition of an offence, every penal provision,→धारा 4The punishments to which offenders are liable under the provisions of this Sanhita→धारा 5The appropriate Government may, without the consent of the offender, commute→धारा 6In calculating fractions of terms of punishment, imprisonment for life shall be→धारा 7In every case in which an offender is punishable with imprisonment which may be→धारा 8(1) Where no sum is expressed to which a fine may extend, the amount of fine to→धारा 9(1) Where anything which is an offence is made up of parts, any of which parts is→धारा 10In all cases in which judgment is given that or occurs→धारा 81Every man who by deceit causes any woman who is not lawfully married to him to→धारा 82(1) Whoever, having a husband or wife living, marries in any case in which such→धारा 83Whoever, dishonestly or with a fraudulent intention, goes through the ceremony→धारा 84Whoever takes or entices away any woman who is and whom he knows or has→धारा 85Whoever, being the husband or the relative
