What does Section 53 of TPA say?

Where a contract is made for the transfer of immovable property, and the transferor has delivered possession of the property to the transferee, the transferee shall be deemed to be the owner of the property, unless the contract otherwise provides. The transferor shall be deemed to be the owner of the property, unless the contract otherwise provides. The delivery of possession shall be deemed to be a delivery of the property, and the transferee shall be deemed to be the owner of the property.
