What does Section 52 of TPA say?

Where a contract is made for the transfer of immovable property, the transferor shall be deemed to be the owner of the property, and the transferee shall be deemed to be the owner of the property, unless the contract otherwise provides. The transferor shall deliver possession of the property to the transferee, and the transferee shall take possession of the property. The delivery of possession shall be deemed to be a delivery of the property, and the transferee shall be deemed to be the owner of the property.
