What does Section 9 of Specific Relief Act, 1963 say?

The court may, in its discretion, refuse to decree specific performance of a contract for the sale of immovable property, notwithstanding that the party in whose favour the decree is sought is ready and willing to perform the contract, if it is satisfied that the refusal to decree specific performance would be more beneficial to the party in whose favour the decree is sought than to decree specific performance.
