What does Section 10 of Specific Relief Act, 1963 say?

The court shall, in exercising its discretion under section 9, have regard to the following conditions, namely: (a) the terms of the contract; (b) the circumstances under which the contract was made; (c) the degree of hardship which refusal to decree specific performance would cause to the party in whose favour the decree is sought; (d) the degree of hardship which decreeing specific performance would cause to the other party to the contract; (e) the interest of justice.
