What does Section 21 of Registration Act, 1908 say?

Every document relating to any immovable property situate within the limits of any municipal corporation or of any town or village, the boundaries and limits of which have been determined by a public officer empowered in this behalf by any law for the time being in force, shall be registered, if the property is situated in a district in which the Registration Act, 1866, is in force, in the manner provided by that Act, and if the property is situated in any other district, in the manner provided by this Act.
