What does Section 22 of Registration Act, 1908 say?

Every document relating to any immovable property not situate within the limits of any municipal corporation or of any town or village, the boundaries and limits of which have been determined by a public officer empowered in this behalf by any law for the time being in force, shall be registered in the manner provided by this Act.
