What does Section 20 of Registration Act, 1908 say?

If the party executing any document required to be registered under section 17 is a minor, the registration of the document shall be completed within seven working days from the date of presentation, and the registrar shall, on the application of the guardian or the next friend of the minor, register the document, and the registration shall be deemed to have been completed on the date of presentation.
