What does Section 19 of Registration Act, 1908 say?

If the party executing any document required to be registered under section 17 is dead, the registration of the document shall be completed within seven working days from the date of presentation, and the registrar shall, on the application of the legal representative of the deceased party, register the document, and the registration shall be deemed to have been completed on the date of presentation.
