What does Section 36 of Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 say?

A limited liability partnership shall have an official seal which shall be affixed to all instruments and documents required to be executed by it. The official seal shall be in such form as may be prescribed. The official seal shall be kept at the registered office of the limited liability partnership and shall be affixed to all instruments and documents required to be executed by it. The official seal shall be kept in the custody of a person authorized by the limited liability partnership in this behalf. The limited liability partnership may, by a resolution passed in its general meeting, alter the form of the official seal. The limited liability partnership shall, within a period of thirty days from the date of alteration of the official seal, intimate the alteration to the Registrar.
