What does Section 5 of Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 say?

A limited liability partnership shall be registered under this Act by filing an application in the prescribed form with the Registrar, along with the prescribed fee, and the Registrar shall, on being satisfied that the requirements of this Act have been complied with, register the limited liability partnership and issue a certificate of registration in the prescribed form. The Registrar shall, on registration of a limited liability partnership, enter the name of the limited liability partnership in the register of limited liability partnerships and issue a certificate of registration in the prescribed form.
