What does Section 37 of Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 say?

Every document required to be executed by a limited liability partnership shall be authenticated by the signature of at least two designated partners, one of whom shall be a partner. The signature of a designated partner shall be sufficient for the purpose of authentication of a document if the designated partner is authorized by a resolution of the limited liability partnership in this behalf.
