What does Section 69 of Companies Act say?

The Central Government or any other authority may, by order, summon any person to give evidence or produce any document or thing in relation to any matter. The person summoned shall attend and give evidence or produce the document or thing. The authority may also direct the person to furnish any information, books or documents.
