What does Section 70 of Companies Act say?

The Central Government or any other authority may, by order, authorise any person to pass orders under this Chapter. The person so authorised shall pass orders in accordance with the directions of the authority. The person shall also comply with the orders of the authority. The authority may also direct the person to furnish any information, books or documents. The person shall comply with the order of the authority.
