The property must be identified and the lease period must be agreed upon. The lease can be oral, but it must be registered within a specified period. The lease can be rescinded if the lessee fails to pay the rent within the specified period. The lease can also be rescinded if the lessor fails to deliver the property within the specified period. The lease can be assigned by the lessee to another person, but the assignment must be in writing and registered. The lease can be novated by the lessee to another person, but the novation must be in writing and registered.
