Statutory Content of Section 122

A contract of sale is formed when there is an offer and acceptance between the parties. The offer must be clear and unambiguous, and the acceptance must be unconditional. The contract can be oral or written, but it must be in writing if the property is worth more than Rs. 100. The contract must also specify the price, the property being sold, and the terms of the sale.
