The enactments specified in the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed. The repeal of any enactment under this section shall not affect any right or liability acquired or incurred before the commencement of this Act. Any reference in any enactment or document to any enactment repealed by this section shall be construed as a reference to this Act.
