धारा 7

A decree for specific performance of a contract for the sale of immovable property may be made in all cases in which the court is satisfied that the contract has been properly stamped and that the party against whom the decree is sought has been given a reasonable opportunity of raising the objection of want of stamp and has failed to do so, and that the contract has not been cancelled by the party against whom the decree is sought, and that the party in whose favour the decree is sought is ready and willing to perform the contract, and that the other party to the contract has not been guilty of any material breach thereof.
