In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context, the following expressions have the meanings hereby assigned to them, that is to say- (a) "delivery" includes a provision for the delivery of goods; (b) "document of title" means a bill of lading, a railway receipt, a warrant or order for the delivery of goods, and any other document which by agreement between the parties to a contract of sale is treated as sufficient to effect delivery of goods; (c) "goods" includes all kinds of movable property other than money and securities; (d) "sale" includes every agreement for the sale of goods.
