Section 36 of the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, states: 'Unless otherwise agreed, the following are rules governing the delivery of goods: (1) whether it is for the buyer to take possession of the goods, or for the seller to send them to the buyer, is a question depending on the contract, including its express terms, if any, and the circumstances of the case; (2) where the contract requires the seller to send the goods to the buyer, but does not require him to deliver them at a particular place, the seller may dispatch the goods to the buyer by any means which the seller in good faith and in the exercise of reasonable judgment considers to be the most desirable, having regard to the nature of the goods and the other circumstances of the case.'
