The Tribunal may, by an order, direct any director, manager, secretary or other officer of the company, or any person who has been or is a director, manager, secretary or other officer of the company, or any person who has been or is a member of the company, to attend before the Tribunal or any person appointed by the Tribunal for the purpose of examining him, and may also direct such person to produce any document or to furnish any information.
