The Tribunal may, by an order, direct the company to produce and to submit to such inspection any books, accounts, documents, or papers which may be in the custody or power of the company, and may also direct the company to furnish a copy of such books, accounts, documents, or papers to the Tribunal or to any person appointed by the Tribunal for the purpose of examining them.
