What does Section 45 of TPA say?

Where a contract is made with a person as a consideration for the transfer of one of undivided share of partitioned joint property, and it is thereby agreed that the transfer shall be of the whole of the undivided share, the contract is void, unless the whole of the undivided share is transferred. The transfer of the one part of the undivided share shall be void, unless the whole of the undivided share is transferred.
