What does Section 42 of TPA say?

Where a contract is made with a person as a consideration for the transfer of one of joint property, and it is thereby agreed that the transfer shall be of the whole of the joint property, the contract is void, unless the whole of the joint property is transferred. The transfer of the one part of the joint property shall be void, unless the whole of the joint property is transferred.
