What does Section 43 of Specific Relief Act, 1963 say?

Where any contract is for the sale of immovable property, the court shall not grant a decree for specific performance of that contract, unless the buyer has paid a sum of money as a part payment of the purchase-money, or has given a bank draft or a cheque for the whole of the purchase-money, or has executed a registered instrument containing the terms and conditions of the contract, and the seller has executed a registered instrument of transfer of the property, or has put the buyer into possession of the property.
