What does Section 35 of Specific Relief Act, 1963 say?

The court may, in its discretion, grant relief in any case where it appears to the court that the contract has been obtained by fraud or coercion, or that the defendant has been guilty of gross misconduct in the performance of the contract. The court may, in its discretion, refuse to grant relief in any case where it appears to the court that the contract has been entered into in good faith and that the defendant has not been guilty of gross misconduct in the performance of the contract.
