What does Section 60 of Partnership Act, 1932 say?

The enactments specified in the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule. The repeal of any enactment by this Act shall not affect any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the enactment so repealed.
