What does Section 58 of Partnership Act, 1932 say?

The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purposes of this Act. Such rules may provide for the form and manner in which the register of firms shall be maintained, the particulars to be entered in the register, and the fees to be paid for registration.
