What does Section 36 of Partnership Act, 1932 say?

Every partner shall indemnify the firm for any loss or damage sustained by the firm for any act done by him in accordance with any mere advice, direction or instruction of a partner having an interest in the subject matter of that act or of any valuation at which that subject matter is sold, exchanged, disposed of or otherwise dealt with by the firm in accordance with such advice, direction or instruction.
