What does Section 35 of Partnership Act, 1932 say?

Every partner has the power to bind the firm by any act or contract, unless the act or contract is beyond the scope of the ordinary business of the firm, or is not authorized by the other partners. A partner who binds the firm by any act or contract, shall be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the firm, due to such act or contract.
