What does Section 17 of Partnership Act, 1932 say?

Where, by any wrongful act or omission of any partner acting in the ordinary course of the business of a firm, or with the authority of the firm, any liability has been incurred by the firm, every partner in the firm is liable to third parties for such liability as if it had been incurred in the ordinary course of the business of the firm.
