On the dissolution of a limited liability partnership, the limited liability partnership shall cease to exist and its name shall be struck off the register of limited liability partnerships. The limited liability partnership shall, within a period of one hundred and eighty days from the date of dissolution, file a return of the dissolution with the Registrar. The limited liability partnership shall also give a notice of its dissolution to all its creditors and debtors. The limited liability partnership shall, within a period of one hundred and eighty days from the date of dissolution, wind up its business and distribute its assets in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
