What does Section 60 of CPA say?

The District Collector shall have the power to assist the Central Consumer Protection Authority in the exercise of its powers and functions under this Act. As per Section 60 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, 'The District Collector shall have the power to assist the Central Consumer Protection Authority in the exercise of its powers and functions under this Act.' The District Collector shall also have the power to provide such other assistance as may be required by the Central Consumer Protection Authority for the purposes of this Act.
