What does Section 377 of Companies Act say?

If any person, by means of false pretence or by making, producing, supplying and issue any false certificate or document, obtains from any company or its agent or any other person any benefit, privilege or advantage, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine which may extend to one lakh rupees, or with both.
