What does Section 298 of Companies Act say?

If, on an investigation made under section 297, it appears to the Central Government that any person has been guilty of any offence under this Act, the Central Government may, by order, pass such order as it thinks fit for the purpose of securing the ends of justice, and the company shall be bound to comply with such order.
