The Tribunal may, by an order, direct the winding up of a company, if the Central Government makes an application to the Tribunal for the winding up of the company, on the ground that the company has committed a breach of any of the provisions of this Act, or that the company has acted in a manner prejudicial to the interests of its members or creditors.
