What does Section 207 of Companies Act say?

If the Central Government is satisfied that it is necessary to do so for the purpose of this Act, it may give to a company or its directors or officers, or to any other person, such directions as it may think necessary, and the company or its directors or officers or such other person shall be bound to comply with such directions.
