Where any contract is for personal service, the court shall not grant a decree for specific performance of that contract, unless it is satisfied that the defendant has, without reasonable cause, refused or neglected to perform the contract, or that the defendant is unable to perform, or that the plaintiff is unable to obtain the like service from any other person for a fair compensation.
