A decree for specific performance of a contract for the sale of movable property may be made only if the court is satisfied that the contract has been entered into in good faith and that the defendant has not been guilty of gross misconduct in the performance of the contract. The court may, in its discretion, refuse to grant a decree for specific performance of a contract for the sale of movable property, if it is satisfied that the contract has been obtained by fraud or coercion, or that the defendant has been guilty of gross misconduct in the performance of the contract.
