धारा 52

Section 52 explains that goods which are part of other goods may be the subject of a contract of sale. The section states: “Goods which are in the possession of a third person may be the subject of a contract of sale, and the same rules apply as if the seller were in possession of the goods.” This implies that even when goods are not in the seller’s possession, they can still be sold, provided the seller has the right to dispose of them.
