Except for the purposes of sections 90, 91, 105, and 106, the fact that a person is compelled by threats to do an act which he would not otherwise have done does not excuse him from liability for that act, unless he reasonably believes death or grievous hurt to himself or some person whom he has a duty to protect will be threatened if he does not do the act.
