Statutory Content of Section 92

Nothing is an offence which is done in good faith for the benefit of a person without consent, even though it may cause harm to that person, if the circumstances were such that it was impossible for the person to signify consent, or if that person was incapable of giving consent, and there was no other person legally competent to give consent on his behalf, and the thing done was in good faith for the purpose of saving that person's life or health, or of preventing grievous hurt to that person.
