The head office of the Central Consumer Protection Authority shall be at such place as the Central Government may decide. As per Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, 'The head office of the Central Consumer Protection Authority shall be at such place as the Central Government may decide.' The Central Consumer Protection Authority may, with the prior approval of the Central Government, establish its offices at other places in India.
