The Central Government may, by order in writing, appoint a person to be the administrator of the company for the period of supersession of the Board of Directors, and the administrator so appointed shall have all the powers of the Board of Directors and shall also have the power to exercise all such powers and perform such functions as may be specified in the order of supersession.
