धारा 357

Where the Central Government has, under section 356, superseded the Board of Directors of a company, it may, by order, appoint one or more persons as provisional directors of the company, to hold office until the directors appointed by the Central Government under that section assume charge of the company, and the provisions of sections 149, 150, 151, 152, 153 and 154 shall, as far as may be, apply to such provisional directors.
