A director shall vacate office if he ceases to be a director by virtue of any provision of this Act or the articles. A director shall vacate office if he resigns his office by notice in writing to the company. A director shall vacate office if he is removed from office by a special resolution of the company. A director shall vacate office if he is removed from office by an order of a court. A director shall vacate office if he is convicted by a court of any offence involving moral turpitude.
