Statutory Content of Section 324

If the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, in public interest, the Central Government may, by order, supersede the Board of Directors of a company, and thereupon, the powers of the Board shall, subject to the superintendence and direction of the Central Government, be exercised by such person or persons as the Central Government may appoint.
