If the Central Government is satisfied that a company is being managed or has been managed in a manner prejudicial to the interests of the company or its shareholders or depositors or creditors or any class of them, it may, by order, direct the company to take such action as the Central Government may think necessary to prevent the future management of the company in that manner.
