The Central Government may, by order, call upon a company to furnish, within such time as may be specified in the order, such information as the Central Government may require in respect of the company or its management, and may also direct the company to do or refrain from doing any act, and any such order may be made subject to such conditions as the Central Government may think fit to impose.
